adidas isn't really known for its hybrid sneakers, but when it releases one of them, the sneaker world is bound to notice. Take the freshly-revealed adidas AlphaBOOST V1 "White," for example. A futuristic silhouette that's unlike anything that we've ever seen, it's actually an amalgamation of two of the German giant's most popular running shoes from the past ten years. Interested? Then make sure you read on to find out everything that we know so far.
In a world where Kanye West x adidas no longer exists, the Herzogenaurach-based company is pulling out all the stops. A combination of the Alphabounce and the Ultraboost, the AlphaBOOST V1 features a Primeknit upper that's infused with recycled materials. The minimalist lacing system gives us Pharrell NMD vibes, while pull tabs across the tongue and heel offer up a rugged and ready aesthetic. Underfoot, you'll find a heavily-sculpted midsole that fuses Boost with Bounce cushioning, and it's also equipped with Formotion technology for comfort, response, and support that's on another dimension.
Not much else is known about the adidas AlphaBOOST V1 White at this moment in time, but our sources tell us that these will release in 2023 in men's sizes with a price tag yet TBA. In terms of where you'll be able to secure a pair, adidas, the CONFIRMED app, and select retailers worldwide will have these in-stock.
