LeBron James has continued to show love to the FAMU Rattlers as The King signed an endorsement deal with the athletic department that will see players rocking LeBron-branded footwear, apparel, and accessories in games. Already giving the school a PE colorway based on the team's “Away” color scheme and having an APB collaboration in the works, LeBron’s latest silhouette (the Nike LeBron 20) has just appeared in a “Home” colorway.
Keeping its typical engineered mesh construction across the upper, the sneaker partakes mostly in a white color scheme with green and orange accents sprinkled throughout. Green accent stitching rides the edge of the upper and collar portions and comes in an “X” pattern while the “XX” lace dubrae comes in the school's shade of orange. White-on-white takes over the leather eyestays, laces, and tongue while back on the heel we see the FAMU Rattler logo replace the typical LeBron crown logo. Working over to the midfoot, the lateral side features double-Swoosh action with the bottom textured leather logo coming in orange and the slightly smaller Swoosh atop that gets dressed in green. Underfoot sits a white foam midsole with the front half getting an intricate graphic that represents the sunny, palm tree-filed state of Florida. Rounding everything out is the grippy rubber outsole in orange with LeBron’s Dunkman logo covered in white on the center of the heel.
The FAMU x Nike LeBron 20 Home PE will stay exclusive to the FAMU Rattlers athletic department.
