Growing his wealth and status to levels he thought were unimaginable, LeBron James has a cast of characters semi-behind the scenes to thank for the position he is in today. Dubbed The Four Horsemen, the crew comprises James himself, Maverick Carter, Rich Paul, and Randy Mims, all of whom have an intertwined success story. To celebrate the dynamic business group, Nike gifted each member a specialized pair of AF1s in the mid-2000s and beyond that have gone down in history as some of the most coveted and rarest pairs. According to Complex, Nike is set to release a version of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Four Horseman in 2023, for the first time, allowing the public a chance at securing a pair.
With many iterations donning the AF1 over the years, we can confirm that the Nike Air Force 1 Low Four Horsemen edition we will get is the white, deep forest, and wolf grey colorway. This pair features a white-based leather upper with green accenting the Swoosh on the sides, lining, insoles, branding on the tongue tag and back heel tab, and the solid rubber outsole—subtle hits of grey outline the Swoosh on the sides and the AIR branding on the midsole. The iconic knight chess piece on all PE versions will also be on the heel.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Four Horsemen was originally released on April 27, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. It is set to restock on December 1. Releasing in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
