There's an undeniable charm about the Nike Air Force 1 Low that has solidified its status in the sneaker hall of fame. With roots dating back to its debut in the 1980s, the AF1 Low has witnessed various renditions, collaborations, and exclusive regional drops. Among its famed versions, the Nike Air Force 1 Linen stands tall with its subtle and sophisticated demeanor. This coveted pair was originally part of Nike CO.JP's releases, a series exclusive to Japan. Later, the pair re-emerged in 2016 via an exclusive Kith drop during Art Basel in Miami. Now, Sole Retriever can confirm that the pair will return in Summer 2024.
Diving into its construction, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Linen maintains its revered aesthetics as it comes with the same SKU as the 2016 re-issue. Crafted with premium tumbled leather, it adorns a gentle tan named Linen. Contrasting this are crisp white touches gracing the lace set, tongue, and sockliner, which beautifully offsets the shoe's muted base. But the blush of pink on the iconic Swoosh, the heel tab, and the Nike logo on the tongue truly sets this pair apart. Balancing the upper, the signature white Air Force 1 midsole showcases pink AIR branding, complemented by a pink rubber outsole to complete the silhouette.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Linen will release on June 13, 2024, through Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $135.
