Alongside the upcoming Air Force 1 Mid Jewel “Ale Brown” and “Independence Day” editions, the standard mid-top AF1 is set to take an international approach in the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “London.”
The ode to the capital of England is conveyed through the color palette and details across the silhouette. Cream-colored perforated leather dresses the base, accented by burgundy colored tumbled leather on the overlays. Sitting on the bottom of the laces, the standard Air Force 1 dubrae is made in the style of London's street signs. “020” embroidered on the mudguard continues the street sign theme, representing the naming convention of some of downtown London's streets. Nike branding throughout is covered in white as seen on the Swoosh across the lockdown strap and midfoot. Rounding out the look is the chunky cream-colored midsole paired with a burgundy red outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid London is set to be released in 2022. It will drop through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizes, they will retail for $130.
