Nike's Innovative Special Projects Athlete (ISPA) line is known for its sustainable and forward-thinking designs. The Nike ISPA Mindbody Light Cream, the latest release from this line, is no exception.
The Mindbody silhouette features a recycled Flyknit upper, contributing to Nike's sustainability initiative. Interestingly, the traditional insole has been replaced with more Flyknit for enhanced cushioning. The construction of this pair is heavily influenced by the Nike ISPA Link, featuring interlocking components that eliminate the need for harmful glues and allow for easy disassembly. With its soft, creamy hues and subtle yellow accents on the forefoot, the Mindbody exudes a relaxed and comfortable vibe. A tonal cream bungee lacing system and recycled foam midsole round off the design. And at the end of its lifespan, the sneaker itself can be recycled at participating Nike stores.
The Nike ISPA Mindbody Light Cream is set to release May 30 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $180.
