Though Kevin Durant’s future with the Brooklyn Nets is unclear at this time, his signature model, the Nike KD 15, is still going strong with plenty of colorways on the horizon, including the coveted Aunt Pearl and (possibly outdated) Brooklyn Nets colorway. Now it seems that The Swoosh may be preparing for his departure from the Nets as an upcoming six-pack of his latest model appears in clean two-tone team colors.
Included in the pack is a "Wolf Grey," "Black," "White," "Midnight Navy," "Game Royal," and "University Red" covered KD 15 that utilizes the basketball-ready construction the silhouette is known for. The base layer of mesh surrounds the sneaker with a TPU side cage near the midfoot featuring a Nike Swoosh as well as various cutouts to the layer below. Around the edges of the upper sits a fused plastic overlay that helps reinforce the lightweight sneaker while eyestays borrowing from the accenting color house a set of tonal laces matching the main color of each respective colorway. KD branding appears in its usual location, the tongue, insole, and pull tab with his number "7" appearing on the heel of the midsole. Underfoot, the full-length Air Zoom Strobel unit comes encased by a foam midsole in a matching color across all six pairs. Rounding everything out is the grippy rubber outsole that helps provide multidirectional traction and court feel.
The Nike KD 15 TB Pack is set to release this Fall through Nike and select Nike Basketball retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price for all six pairs is set at $150.
