Nike continues to roll out exciting new additions to its “Supersonic” pack. The latest silhouette to get the music-inspired treatment is the Zoom Vomero 5. Since its revival, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has seen a significant push from Nike with an array of colorways hitting shelves and now joins the Nike Cortez and Dunk Low in the Supersonic line-up.
The Supersonic rendition of the Zoom Vomero 5 captures the essence of music through a color palette mirroring the other models in the pack. A multi-material and multi-layered design is adorned with cream-colored hues taking center stage on the mesh underlay, TPU heel counter, and portions of the leather mudguard and midfoot. Tan suede around the eyelets provides a pleasing contrast to the white lace set and black tongue. The tongue tag bears blue Vomero 5 branding and a sound wave-inspired Nike-branded graphic. Inside, the insole boasts the same graphic and an image of a stereo speaker setup emphasizing the music theme. To cap off the design, an off-white midsole with black highlights in the heel works harmoniously with a white, cream, and tan outsole.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Supersonic will release August 1, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $175.
