Puma is partnering with Nickelodeon for a nostalgic take on the Puma MB.02. The collaboration evokes the spirit of one of Nickelodeon's most beloved animated series, The Fairly Oddparents. Having previously worked with Rick & Morty on both the MB.01 and MB.02, as well as Nickelodeon for a “Slime” colorway of the MB.02, LaMelo Ball is now invoking Cosmo and Wanda with a pair of mismatched sneakers.
The right sneaker for this MB.02 boasts vibrant pink accents to mimic Wanda's look, while the left sports green hits to mirror Cosmo. Both sneakers are adorned with yellow paneling at the back half to symbolize the crowns worn by the fairy godparents. As for the rest of the sneaker, we see the usual Puma MB.02 branding dressed in blue, including LaMelo’s logo on the tongue and heel. Underfoot sits a blacked-out heel for the midsole and outsole, while green or pink take over the rest of the sole unit.
The Nickelodeon x Puma MB.02 The Fairly Oddparents will release this year through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. As of now, sizing and pricing information have yet to be announced.
