There's something magnetic about Salehe Bembury's designs. The powerhouse behind iconic designs from Cole Haan, Yeezy, and Versace, Bembury has consistently pushed boundaries in the sneaker and footwear world. As he extends his impressive streak with Crocs, in which he leads the Pollex Pod Collection, sneakerheads are gearing up for yet another anticipated release of his Pollex designs.
For those tracking Bembury's journey with Crocs, the signature fingerprint design on the Pollex collection has been a significant highlight. This season introduces us to three new captivating versions, each carrying its distinct story and aesthetic. The Pollex Clog Yolk immediately stands out with its bright yellow shade, invoking the rich color of an egg yolk. On the subtler end of the spectrum, the Pollex Slide Parsnip comes draped in a calm tan, providing a neutral yet stylish option. Kids aren't left behind in this drop – they get their exclusive Pollex Clog Stone Soup. This rendition carries a tan palette, closely mirroring the adult Parsnip shade. All versions retain Bembury's unmistakable fingerprint motif etched across the foam construction, ensuring every wearer feels a personal touch. The co-branded details seamlessly integrate, maintaining the design's sleekness.
Salehe Bembury’s latest Pollex Collection drop, including the Pollex Clog Yolk, Pollex Clog Stone Soup (GS), and Pollex Slide Parsnip, will release November 9, 2023, exclusively via Be A Spunge's website. A wider release will take place on November 17, 2023. The retail prices are set at $75 for the kid's Clog, $85 for the adult Clog, and $70 for the adult Slide.
