In a world where collaborations are the norm, the anticipation of a three-way partnership never ceases to excite sneaker enthusiasts. Stussy and Our Legacy, which have become routine partners in recent years, now join forces with Converse to reinterpret the timeless Chuck Taylor.
Maintaining the quintessential charm of the Chuck Taylor, Stussy and Our Legacy craft three iterations of the iconic silhouette. Each pair come constructed out of a durable hemp upper that comes overdyed using bio-friendly dyes in Portugal. For the three colorways, Stussy and Our Legacy present the sneaker in "Pool Blue,"Â "Lizard Green,"Â and "Pigeon Grey." Tonal laces and tongue seamlessly blend in, lending a minimalistic and cohesive look. Our Legacy's yin-yang logo takes center stage, replacing the customary Converse All-Star branding on the lateral collar, while a Stussy All-Star logo appears on the tongue. Grounding the design is an aged vulcanized rubber midsole with black detailing and a gum outsole.
The Stussy x Our Legacy x Converse Chuck Taylor will release June 30. They will be available through Stussy and Our Legacy online and in-store. The sneaker will come in men's sizes, with the retail price yet to be announced.
