New Balance Numeric has been on a solid run in the last year. Not only have they just launched Andrew Reynolds’ first signature sneaker with the label, but they have also tapped a variety of skate brands to remix their performance footwear. The latest outside partner to bring their vision to NB# is Bronze56K, who have been given their colorway of the Numeric 480.
Founded in 2012, Bronze56K is known for its lo-fi and “bootleg” aesthetic. Over the years, it has gained a cult-like following and even collaborated with Reebok, HUF, and Palace. For its debut New Balance project, the NYC-based label applies a simple color palette featuring tumbled black leather paneling on the mudguard, midfoot, collar, and heel. Below this sits a color-shifting black and purple smooth leather, visible on the toe and portions of the collar.

Bronze56K logos land on the tongue tag, alongside the brand’s tagline “Hardware for the masses,” and on the insole, while the rest of the sneaker sticks to traditional Numeric 480 branding. This includes the large N logos on the midfoot and New Balance text embroidered on the heel tab. Underfoot sits a black rubber midsole paired with a tonal rubber outsole.
The Bronze56K x New Balance Numeric 480 will release on May 19, 2025, through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $120.
