Dating back to 2016 with the launch of the Harden Vol. 1, the adidas Harden line has consistently delivered both performance and style while honoring the dynamism of Harden’s game on the basketball court. Following the love-it-or-hate-it Harden Vol. 7, this tradition seems destined to continue with the new Harden Vol. 8.
Preliminary images of the adidas Harden Vol. 8 depict a fresh and innovative design direction for the series. Echoing the recent leak of the adidas Anthony Edwards 1, the Harden Vol. 8 features a similar neoprene bootie construction offering a snug and secure fit. The glove-like fit is further enhanced by a foam exoskeleton cage. The sole unit's rounded shape resembles its predecessor, the Harden Vol. 7.
Following these early looks, Harden and adidas officially debuted the model in The Beard's first game with the Los Angeles Clippers. This colorway features a large orange foam portion wrapping around a black neoprene bootie. As for exact tech specs, we'll have to wait until adidas gives insight into the internals.
The adidas Harden Vol. 8 will release in 2024 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
