A major chapter in the adidas Yeezy history is set to be revisited as adidas brings back the acclaimed Yeezy Boost 700 Salt. While this release was originally planned to be a standalone drop, the sneaker will be released alongside a variety of adidas Yeezy sneakers as part of adidas' plan to offload at least some of its remaining inventory.
The Yeezy Boost 700 Salt flaunts a light grey, almost green monochromatic color scheme consuming the leather, suede, and mesh upper. Hairy suede marks the famous 700 toecap, toebox overlays, and heel portions. Hidden Three Stripes branding can be found underneath the mesh midfoot panel, shining when hit with light. Other key details found on the 700 model remain, includingthe padded tongue, tonal laces, and a chunky molded midsole. Rounding out the design is Boost cushioning encapsulated by a black outsole with herringbone traction pattern.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Salt is set to release May 31, exclusively through adidas Confirmed or adidas.com/yeezy. The sneaker comes in men’s sizing, with a retail price of $240.
