The Swoosh has offered consumers thousands of choices on the iconic Bruce Kilgore-designed Nike Air Force 1 Low for over 40 years now and colorways on the model are not stopping anytime soon. All throughout 2022 we’ve seen “Anniversary Edition” models as well as an upcoming Undefeated “Patent Leather” Pack grace the model, though the latest iteration of the low-top sneaker keeps things simple by coming in a clean “Summit White Malachite” combo.
Across the upper, a familiar all-white leather overlay and underlay make up the majority of panels throughout while accenting black and green hits add pops of color. Stark white shades take over the tongue and lace set while the Nike AF1 branding up top comes in black and summit white. Providing our biggest pop of vibrance, the Nike Swoosh along the midfoot gets covered in green hairy suede and works back towards a black Nike-branded heel tab. Another slight change to the model comes via the sockliner which gets a fuzzy, almost terrycloth-like material in white. Underfoot, vintage vibes shine through with the sail rubber midsole while the grey rubber outsole below comes constructed out of partially recycled materials aka Nike Grind.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Summit White Malachite is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is TBA.
