Recently, sneakerheads were thrilled to see new ultra-lux Samba releases from Williams' Humanrace sub-label and an overseas drop of the NMD_S1 MAHBS in "Light Brown." Now, fans have their eyes peeled for another upcoming treat—the Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD_S1 MAHBS "Oatmeal Pink."
This upcoming iteration of the NMD_S1 takes a naturalistic approach. The core concept for the MAHBS model revolves around using organic materials while leveraging advanced manufacturing techniques. Screenprinting and a spray-painted heel contribute to the shoe's compelling visual contrast. The upper features a knit bootie construction that provides a snug fit, while the exterior canvas shroud will gradually relax over time, offering a worn-in look. Staying true to its OG form, the "Oatmeal Pink" edition sports an oatmeal-colored upper accented by "Humanrace" branding on the lateral side. Vibrant pink highlights are tastefully placed on the heel and the sole unit. The sneaker also comes equipped with the standard NMD_S1 Boost-cushioned midsole, complemented by a Trefoil-laden rubber outsole.
The Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD_S1 MAHBS Oatmeal Pink has already released via select EU retailers like Foot District. It will release in the US on November 27, 2023 through adidas Confirmed and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $230.
