The Reebok Court Victory Pump, a beacon of '90s tennis and streetwear, returns in a new colorway that pays homage to its vibrant history. First made famous by tennis icon Michael Chang, the Court Victory Pump symbolizes Reebok's innovative spirit in performance footwear. Fresh off the release of the dynamic Glen Green Solar Acid Yellow variant, the sneaker is back, dressed in a nostalgic Championship Polo edition.
The latest iteration of the Reebok Court Victory Pump, dubbed Championship Polo, draws inspiration from Michael Chang's polo shirt en route to his victory at the 1989 French Open. This pair features a pristine white leather base with a clean canvas for the following vivid accents. Textured black leather overlays grace the midfoot area, setting a stark contrast against the bright touches of fuchsia found on the TPU elements.
The Pump technology, integral to the sneaker's charm and functionality, is highlighted with a tennis ball-inspired button on the tongue, complementing the playful design. Further enriching the aesthetic, the top eyelet boasts a two-tone purple and pink design, harmonizing with the swirling pattern adorning the heel. A robust white, neon green, and grey midsole and a black and purple rubber outsole complete the design, ensuring that the sneaker stands out in performance and style.
The Reebok Court Victory Pump Championship Polo will release on May 10, 2024, through Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
