The adidas Adimatic Hemp Pack Is Ready For 4/20

4/20 is a day celebrated by many stoners and weed enthusiasts, and sneaker companies also love to get in on the action. Previously, brands gave subtle nods to cannabis through skunky green and purple colorways or models covered in materials that mimic the flower itself. For adidas in 2023, the German sportswear giant is tackling this weed theme with a series of hemp-covered adidas Adimatic colorways.

Seen in three distinct colors, “Preloved Blue,” “Semi Court Green,’ and “Wonder Quartz,” the silhouette maintains its chunky 90s-skate-shoe aesthetic while adding hemp material throughout the upper. Along the mudguard, we see a suede hit dressed in a tonal shade accenting the upper while the laces and Three Stripes branding above take on a different hue. From the toe wrapping back to the heel is the previously mentioned hemp upper, which gets noted along the first of the Three Stripes branding through a “Hemp” tag. The suede along the tongue slightly differs from the hues seen throughout the rest of the model, while the sockliner takes on a shade that matches the suede mudguard. Rounding out the design is the chunky rubber midsole in white paired with a gum rubber outsole.

The adidas Adimatic Hemp Pack will be released on April 20th, 2023, through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Releasing in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
