The adidas Gazelle Gatsin Pack is Exclusive to Asia

Even with its roots deeply entrenched in Germany, adidas has always had a knack for global inspiration, particularly from the East. The brand has a history of exclusive releases catering to Asia, which continues with the latest adidas Gazelle design. Drawing inspiration from traditional Korean footwear known as gatsin, this new Gazelle pack follows the success of the adidas Samba Talchum Pack as part of the 2024 City of Seoul series.

The pack features two distinct colorways of the iconic adidas Gazelle silhouette, each embodying a unique yet complementary aesthetic with an inverted color scheme - one in Black White and the other in White Black. The sneakers boast premium leather uppers that are meticulously crafted, allocating one color to the overlays and contrasting it with the other color on the underlays. The toebox overlay sets these sneakers apart, ingeniously reimagined to echo the traditional silhouette of a gatsin's toe, blending adidas' iconic design with historical Korean elements seamlessly. A classic gum midsole grounds each sneaker to complete the design.

The adidas Gazelle Gatsin Pack is available today, February 29, 2024, exclusively through adidas Korea online and in-store. A wider release in other Asian nations has not been announced. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at 199,000 원 (approx $150 USD).
