During his tour in China, amidst the rumbles of discontent with the 76ers organization, Harden was spotted in an unseen colorway of his signature adidas shoe, the Harden Vol. 7, during a summer training camp. Initially perceived as a Player Exclusive, this rendition has surfaced in official images.
The Harden Vol. 7 Training Camp edition stays true to its roots in terms of construction but makes a compelling style statement. The silhouette boasts a leather toebox that segues into a canvas midfoot overlay, taking cues from the design aesthetics of puffy outerwear. Ensuring a snug fit is an internal neoprene bootie. The shoe showcases a bold touch of pink covering the toebox, which sets the stage for a mesmerizing gradient pattern that travels from pink to purple along the midfoot. This vibrant transition culminates in a deep purple felt at the heel, juxtaposed against a backdrop of pink mesh. The internal sockliner brings in refreshing blue undertones.
