adidas digs deep into its 90s archive to introduce the Radlander Moc, a silhouette inspired by the past but built for the present. Following on from the recent news that the 1997 outdoor shoe, Badlander back then, had been recreated and would be reissued as the Radlander EQT, the futuristic and chunky FYW sole unit is already being adapted to different styles.
The adidas Radlander Moc is the latest to do so, sporting an all-new puffy ripstop upper and bungee lace system with original Radlander tooling. Coming in Wonder Beige, this minimalist pair sports ripstop nylon covering filled with puffy Primaloft and built for comfort. Visible stitching around the collar lends detail to the aesthetic, with flashes of orange appearing at the rear heel, which also has a black pull tab. A drawstring-like bungee lacing system is utilized and housed within. adidas branding appears on the lateral side, while a tag on the medial heel denotes Primaloft. The black rubber FYW sole unit contains a Torsion plate support system and features an appearance from the Feet You Wear mascot, Freddy.
The adidas Radlander Moc Wonder Beige was released today, September 1, 2024, and is currently available on adidas.com. Retailing for $120, the sneaker comes in unisex sizing. For updates on the latest from adidas and more in the sneaker and streetwear world, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
