At one point rumored to be canceled, adidas is now set to drop a new silhouette - the adidas Yeezy 450 Slide. As a part of adidas' upcoming Yeezy release following the ending of the partnership between the two, the Three Stripes is delivering a refreshing iteration that combines elements from two of Yeezy's more recent creations. Early visuals of the adidas Yeezy 450 Slide first emerged in 2020 when Kim Kardashian flaunted them on Instagram. Despite the speculation of their discontinuation due to production challenges, retail pairs hit the secondary market in 2023.
Combining design elements from the adidas Yeezy 450 and the adidas Yeezy Slide, the adidas Yeezy 450 Slide "Cream" showcases an all-foam build that delivers comfort and style. The upper displays a webbed forefoot strap that offers a secure fit while adding visual interest. The soft footbed assures optimum comfort for all-day wear. On the bottom, the sidewall of the midsole and the outsole mimic the captivating, wave-like design of the Yeezy 450.
The adidas Yeezy 450 Slide Cream will release in August 2023 through adidas Confirmed and possibly through select retailers online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
