Introduced well into the life of the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2, the "CMPCT" variant added elements from the adidas Yeezy Knit BSKTBL to the iconic sole unit of the 350 V2. Prior to the split between Ye and adidas, we were given first looks at a "Panda" colorway of the silhouette. Now, we can expect to see the sneaker launch just after a slew of Yeezys hit shelves on May 31.
Throwing out the tried and true construction we’ve all grown accustomed to on the 350 V2, the silhouette utilizes a 3D knit that is similar to the Knit BSKTBL model. Covering this is a mixture of black and white shades in a digi-camo-like pattern from the toebox up to the all-black collar portion. Complimenting this color combo is a set of white laces that weave through the knit eyestays that extend from the upper in a similar fashion to the Yeezy 450. Running back from the heel along the lower portion of the upper is a black/white pinstripe pattern that ends on the toe, turning into a solid hit of black. Rounding out the design is the white-on-white semi-translucent rubber midsole that encases the full-length Boost cushioning system.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 CMPCT Panda will release on June 2 through adidas Confirmed and adidas.com/yeezy. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $230.
