Towards the second half of 2021, Ye was constantly spotted wearing all black outfits, mostly consisting of Balenciaga and work boots. His affinity for black looks has been making its way to his adidas Yeezy brand with a handful of models including the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Onyx.” This trend is making its way onto the adidas Yeezy Foam RNNR with the “Onyx” edition.
Made from a one piece EVA foam and algae composite, the comfort and durability is surprisingly high. Dressed in a monochromatic muted charcoal, the perforations around the entire silhouette provide maximum breathability for the slip-on clog. Going down to the outsole, we get a hit of adidas branding inside the bottom most cutout surrounded by a wavy traction pattern.
The adidas Yeezy Foam RNNR Onyx is scheduled to release on June 8th, 2022, through adidas Confirmed, adidas.com, Yeezy Supply and select Yeezy retailers worldwide. Retail for men's pairs is set at $80. To stay updated on Yeezy’s wild take on the Croc, keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
