While Ye is making headlines calling out his partners at GAP and adidas, the latter of the two continues to have new releases lined up even after a wild and eventful Yeezy Day earlier in August. It seems that the adidas' schedule of bi-monthly Yeezy Slide restocks has been disrupted as the last few drops have all come just a month apart, both of which were supposed to have the "Resin" colorway finally make its return in the new 2022 mold. Now, we finally have confirmation that in under two weeks' time, the adidas Yeezy Slide "Resin" will receive a retail release, though it is still a mystery as to what other colorways will see a restock alongside this pair.
Maintaining the same green hue seen on the original release, the minimalist design is getting the new updated EVA foam that features a softer cushion, texturized finish, and a more consistent sizing option. Typical details remain unchanged as our only hits of branding come via the heel of the footbed with the adidas logo and under the forefoot strap with Yeezy text and sizing information embossed into the foam. Rounding out the iconic design is the grooved foam outsole that provides optimal traction for this slip-on silhouette.
The adidas Yeezy Slide Resin is set to release on September 24th, 2022 through adidas Confirmed, adidas.com/Yeezy, Yeezy Supply, and select Yeezy retailers online and in-store. Coming in full-family sizing, the retail price for adult pairs is set at $70.
