Among the array of Jordan retro releases, the Air Jordan 1 holds a special place for its timeless design and cultural significance in both basketball and street culture. As we continue to move through 2023, Jordan Brand is set to introduce another rendition of the Air Jordan 1 Low Flyease, which incorporates Nike's innovative technology. This version of the silhouette is designed to offer an easy on-and-off experience, making it accessible for individuals with disabilities.
Across the upper, we see Sky J Purple leather on the mudguard, eyelets, Flyease velcro strap, and heel overlays. This contrasts beautifully with the crisp white leather on the toebox and quarter panel. The Swoosh logo on the midfoot features the same Sky J Purple, as does the Jumpman-branded tongue tag atop the white nylon tongue, ensuring a cohesive look. Looking to the medial side of the upper, a zipper runs from the heel, up along the collar, and stops near the top eyestay, allowing you to take the sneaker on or off with ease. Rounding out the design is white rubber midsole and Sky J Purple rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Flyease Sky J Purple will release this fall through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s and grade school sizing, the pair retails for $130 and $110, respectively.
