From the "Hide N' Sneaks" to the "Strawberries & Cream," little Jumpman fans have been getting some pretty eye-catching colorways over the past few weeks, but nothing comes close to the freshly-revealed Air Jordan 1 Low SE Alternate "Infrared 23 Black." Paying homage to the original "Chicago" from 1985, it has been given a mismatched aesthetic that's sure to turn heads wherever you go, so make sure you sure you read on to find out everything that we know so far.
Taking on Michael Jordan's low-top flagship, this AJ 1 Low is rumored to be part of a much wider collection. Working on top of a white perforated leather base, the left shoe features infrared 23 panels across the front, while the back gets dipped in black. Fiery Swooshes shoot through the lateral and medial sidewalls, and this is complemented by a red hot winged basketball emblem around the heel. On the right shoe, however, all of these colors have been totally flipped for that reverse look that we all know and love. All of this sits on top of a clean Nike Air midsole that has been engineered for everyday wear.
As you might have guessed already, the Air Jordan 1 Low SE Alternate Infrared 23 Black GS will drop exclusively in gradeschool sizes when they release in Summer 2023. Launching at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select Jordan retailers both online and in-store, retail will be $95 a pop.
