Unfortunately, folks looking forward to the return of the Air Jordan 13 Retro "Chicago" will have to continue to wait. This colorway is not the AJ 13 scheduled to release in Fall 2023. Instead, a new colorway of the Air Jordan 13 Retro will be released. More info on that pair can be found here.
The highly anticipated return of the Air Jordan 13 "Playoff" is only a few months away. Now, this original colorway might not be the only pair from Michael Jordan's thirteenth signature sneaker set for a 2023 return. Nicknamed the "Chicago" edition, this Bulls home-themed colorway of the Air Jordan 13 Retro comes in white, true red, and black. It was retroed in low-top form for the first time in 2005 and then in 2010, it was re-released in true form. A third release happened in 2017, also in its original high-top design. Now, six years later, according to J23app, the Air Jordan 13 Retro "Chicago" is rumored to release as a part of Jordan Brand's Fall 2023 Lineup. Even though all that has been announced is a colorway description of white and true red, its safe to say that we will be getting some sort of iteration of this Jordan 13. Whether its a new rendition or true to the OG, only time will tell. We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
The new Air Jordan 13 Retro is currently set to release on July 1st, 2023. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $210 for men. Check out our Jordan release calendar, and keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app.
