A fan favorite since its inception in 1997, the Air Jordan 13 is gearing up for a remarkable addition in Summer 2024. Originally designed by Tinker Hatfield and inspired by a panther’s paw for its sole design, the AJ 13 was worn by Michael Jordan during his final year with the Chicago Bulls in the '97-'98 NBA season. The model is now ready to captivate fans again, this time with the Dune Red rendition.
For this Dune Red AJ 13, it will don a similar look to the Jordan 13 Premio Bin 23. A white leather toe box and tongue are accented by a ballistic mesh midfoot panel in dune red. More of this hue continues on the Jordan tag near the vamp, the Jumpman logo on the tongue, and the sockliner. The upper is rounded out by suede in the shade of terra blush, offering a soft contrast to the rest of the shoe. The design is completed with a white foam midsole and rubber outsole.
After a few delays, the Air Jordan 13 Retro Dune Red will release on June 25, 2024, through Nike, SNKRS, and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. It will be available in men's sizing with the retail price set at $210.
