One of the most requested retros in recent years has been the Air Jordan 13 “Playoff.” Originally released in 1998, Michael Jordan debuted them on-court during the NBA All-Star Game, and later wore them en route to his sixth and final championship with the Chicago Bulls. They were retroed for the first time in 2011, and for the AJ 13’s 25th Anniversary, they are making a comeback in 2023.
The 2023 version of the Air Jordan 13 Retro “Playoff” will be the most accurate to the original to-date. Designed with OG specs, they will be the truest AJ13 Retro to the OG that we have seen so far. Coming in black, true red, and white, the sneaker features a black-based tumbled leather upper.
Suede accents the rest, with the iconic hologram on the ankle. Yellow hits via the circle surrounding the red “Jumpman” on the tongue as well as the “Jordan” labeling on the tongue tag. Finishing things off is a white midsole sitting atop a red outsole. To top it off, they will also come housed in OG-style packaging.
The Air Jordan 13 Retro Playoff is set to release in February 2023. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $210 for men. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
