Normally when you think of “French Blue” on an Air Jordan 13 you think of the OG “Navy” aka “Flint” pair. Well, that’s at least if you’re an old school sneakerhead. When the “Flint’s” were re-retroed in 2010, their nickname went from “French Blue” to “Flint” and has been that way ever since. That change helps us clear up any confusion in regards to this upcoming all-new Air Jordan 13 Retro.
Coming in a clean white, fire red, French Blue, and light steel grey colorway, this AJ 13 features OG “Black Toe” style colorblocking. A tumbled leather upper appears in white, with a grey toe. French Blue suede accents adorn the mudguard that wraps up around the back heel to the ankle, as well as on a portion of the midsole. More white comes into play on the midsole, sitting on a grey solid rubber outsole. Finishing things off for this pair is a fire red Jumpman logo on the tongue and iconic hologram cat eye on the ankle.
The Air Jordan 13 Retro French Blue is set to release on August 19th, 2022. It will drop on the Nike SNKRS App as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $200 for men. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
