The Jordan 37 Hot Punch Releases December 1

Performance basketball silhouettes may not be on the radar of most sneakerheads, however, The Swoosh, Jordan Brand, and various footwear manufacturers continue to innovate in this realm for the next generation of basketball players. Continuing the signature Air Jordan line, Jordan Brand introduced the world to the Air Jordan 37 earlier this year with it drawing heavy inspiration from the AJ 7. With a handful of colorways on the market and plenty more to come, the next release set for the model comes in a clean “Black Hot Punch.”

Across the Leno-Weave, leather, TPU, and neoprene upper sits a tonal black hue with leather panels similar to the AJ 7’s upper hidden beneath the Leno-Weave also taking on this shade. Working up to the neoprene tongue you’ll find a set of tonal black laces that stop just below the white Jumpman logo. Also located here is our first hit of hot punch, seen on two dashed lines near the medial side of the tongue while the shade really makes its presence back on the heel of the sole unit. Typical AJ 37 branding remains with a tiny Jumpman featured on the nylon pull tab alongside Michael Jordan’s signature, coming in hot punch and white respectively. Underfoot, a white foam midsole comes with full length Zoom Strobel cushioning and, as mentioned previously, comes in hot punch near the heel portion. Finishing everything off its the multi-color rubber outsole with semi-translucent features throughout reminiscent of the iconic AJ 7 outsole.

The Air Jordan 37 Black Hot Punch is set to release on December 1st, 2022 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s and grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $185 and $140 respectively.
