Athletes that fall under the Jordan Brand umbrella are often spotted getting their own colorways on a variety of silhouettes in its lineup of offerings. For players like Jayson Tatum, this has led to his own silhouette getting produced while up-and-coming stars, like Rui Hachimura, are still fortunate enough to receive colorways crafted specifically for them. While we’ve seen Hachimura’s “Crane Pack” revealed already, it seems he’s got another Air Jordan 37 on the way this holiday season.
While the typical construction of the Air Jordan 37 remains with its Leno-Weave, Leather, and neoprene, Rui adds his flair from his Japanese heritage across the sneaker. Along the mudguard and collar, red leather receives a finish that gives it the appearance of a precious stone. Accenting this, the Leno-Weave covering the AJ 7-inspired upper comes in a similar red hue while the eyestays and tongue follow suit. Contrasting white laces run up towards the tongue tag and its Japanese characters, placed on the circular logo and through a vertical tag on its left side. Back along the heel, a nylon pull tab continues this monochromatic red shade while the sole unit below comes in a sail shade that features a cracked appearance. Even with this crumbled effect, the full-length Zoom Strobel unit remains intact while AJ 7-like rubber outsole comes in a two-tone white and black finish.
The Air Jordan 37 Rui Hachimura is set to release this Holiday 2022 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $205.
