The 2024 Summer Olympic Games will be held in the luxurious city of Paris, France. Nike and Jordan Brand (along with others) will celebrate the festivities with various capsule collections to commemorate. For Jordan Brand, Fall 2024 will usher in the Paris Collection. The Air Jordan Paris Collection features footwear, apparel, and accessories, all inspired by the host city. A women's exclusive Air Jordan 6 Retro and an Air Jordan 4 Retro SE will be a part of this set.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro SE Paris takes inspiration from the street life of the City of Light. The design is split between smoke grey, iron grey, and cement grey. Featuring a Fade to Black vibe (like the Kobe Collection), this greyscale sneaker goes from light to dark, from top to bottom. Nubuck and suede construct the upper with a darker grey featured on the suede mudguard compared to the rest of the sneaker's nubuck. Netting on the tongue and midfoot is removed. Instead the suede is debossed to give the appearance of plastic netting. A debossed Jumpman is prominent on the tongue tag with a titanium dioxide finish on the plastic eyelets. Rounding out the look is the grey midsole and outsole.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro SE Paris will release on July 27, 2024, through Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $225 and $170, respectively. Stay up-to-date with the latest sneaker releases, news, and more by downloading the Sole Retriever mobile app.
