The Air Jordan 6 is a beacon of basketball heritage, a silhouette that speaks volumes about the era in which it was birthed and the legacy it has continued. It was in the AJ 6 that Michael Jordan clinched his first NBA championship, and since then, countless iterations of this classic have graced the sneaker world. Fast forward to the present day, and as part of the Jordan Brand's upcoming “Gift Giving” Collection, the Air Jordan 6 Golf will be covered in metallic silver hits.
Dressed for the green, this Jordan 6 Golf blends metallic silver, grey, and white, matching the Air Jordan 1 High Golf, also part of the pack. The metallic silver base layer contrasts beautifully with the grey leather overlays strategically placed on the midfoot and heel. The neoprene lace cover, drenched in metallic silver, is crowned with a 3D Jumpman logo. An intricate detail lies in the lace dubrae; the OG lace lock from the AJ6 graces the left sneaker, while a shimmering circular dubrae inscribed with the bespoke "23" logo rests on the right. The heel spoiler also flaunts a metallic silver finish with a meticulous pattern, accompanied by the special "23" logo. The insole is included in the celebration, showcasing graphics echoing the heel's design and Jordan Golf branding. To round off the design, the white foam midsole housing an exposed Air unit in the heel merges flawlessly with a spiked, clear outsole. This outsole ensures a perfect grip on the golf course and exhibits the "23" graphic pattern from other parts of the sneaker.
The Air Jordan 6 Golf Gift Giving will release November 17, 2023, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $230.
