One of the most coveted colorways of the Air Jordan 9 is set for a comeback. Last seen in 2010, the Air Jordan 9 Retro Powder Blue re-release is long overdue. Thankfully, Jordan Brand is set to bring this original pair back in all its glory for the silhouette's 30th Anniversary in 2024.
Dressed in summit white, black, and dark powder blue, the latest iteration of this Air Jordan 9 Retro is set to be the closest to the OG in terms of specs. It features a white-based leather upper with black and dark powder blue accents. Just like its 1994 counterpart, the 2024 retro is 23-less on the heel, featuring a Jumpman logo surrounded by a globe. Below sits the Jordan 9 midsole in a blue and white combo paired with a tonal rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 9 Retro Powder Blue is set to release on March 23, 2024. They will be available via Nike, SNKRS, and select Jordan Brand retailers. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $210, $160, $100, and $85, respectively. For the latest information on this and other Jordan releases, download the Sole Retriever Mobile app.
