Jeff Staple may not have been able to match the fervor his infamous SB Dunk Low Pigeon garnered back in the mid-2000s, however, his label “Staple Pigeon” has been collaborating with various IPs and brands for over two decades and is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. To help celebrate this momentous occasion for the brand, Staple Pigeon is teaming up with atmos on a follow-up to the Puma Suede “Pigeon Crow” that was released in 2021.
In this teaser image, the silhouette appears to contain very similar details to the original release, however, the color scheme gets a switch up as the upper comes in a stark white tumbled leather. Across the profile of the model, you’ll find the iconic Puma formstrip in red on the lateral side of the left sneaker with the right pair getting a black makeover. Continuing with the mismatched theme, the lateral heel comes with a pigeon and a crow embroidery on the left and right sneakers respectively. Although not fully visible, we can expect to see co-branded details with Puma and atmos somewhere on the model while we do know the sole unit gets an all-black finish.
The atmos x Staple x Puma Suede Pigeon Crow 2 is set to release in the coming weeks through atmos, Staple Pigeon, and possibly through select retailers online and in-store. As of this writing, sizing and pricing info is TBA.
