The Batman x CAT Footwear Built For The Knight Collection is Available Now

Eighty-six years ago, Batman first entered the DC Universe when Bruce Wayne appeared in the 27th issue of Detective Comics. While celebrations of the character’s 85th birthday occurred throughout 2024, DC and Warner Brothers continue to honor Batman with a new footwear collaboration with CAT Footwear.

In the collection, CAT gives two silhouettes Batman-inspired makeovers: the high-top Colorado Grader boot and the other a low-top Intruder Galosh. Both take on grunge-inspired aesthetics, the boot featuring a faded light yellow finish across its black leather upper that gives the boot a worn-in look. Here, we see Batman’s symbol applied to the lateral midfoot just below Caterpillar branding, with more nods to the Dark Knight found on the lace dubrae and medial collar.

A similar faded yellow leather is found on the eyelets and tongue overlays on the Intruder Galosh. At the same time, the rest of the upper takes on a solid black ballistic mesh, leather, and rubber construction. Like its counterpart, nods to Batman appear through the lace dubrae and Batman symbols attached to the upper. Both pairs also feature a comic book strip insole with traditional tooling.

The Batman x CAT Footwear Built For The Knight Collection is available today, January 16, 2025, through CAT Footwear online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $160 for the Colorado Grader and $135 for the Intruder Galosh.
