The Hong Kong-based retailer is set to ring in the new year with their latest footwear collab with Jordan Brand. After successful releases for the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low, Air Jordan 14 Retro Low and Air Jordan XXXV, Edison Chen’s streetwear and fashion label tackles the coveted AJ 5 next.
Once again opting to stray away from the norm, CLOT chooses to work on the Air Jordan 5 Retro Low rather than its traditional high-top iteration. Coming in Chinese-inspired “Warrior Jade” vibes, these AJ 5 Low’s come in a black, metallic silver, university red and jade horizon colorway. Sporting a black-based nylon and nubuck upper. A metallic silver speckled flame is found on the midsole while red accents the laces, lining and Jumpman logo on the tongue. Hits of jade on the translucent parts of the outsole, Chinese characters on the lateral heels. dual branding on the back heels and mesh netting are finished off by custom printed insoles and special packaging.
The CLOT x Air Jordan 5 Retro Low is set to release on May 20th, 2022. It will launch at CLOT as well as select Jordan Brand retailers both in-store and online. They will be available in men's sizing with a retail price to be announced.
