An exciting new collaboration has been unveiled, the Coi Leray x Doodles x adidas Originals Collection. After working with adidas previously, the up-and-coming multimedia brand Doodles returns for their second project with The Brand With Three Stripes. The collection, featuring digital and physical items, has been designed in conjunction with the upcoming animation from Doodles, entitled Dullsville and the Doodleverse, to be released to viewers in September. At the heart of the animated special and the collection, is the character Deysi, who talented musician and actress Coi Leray voices. The character is also set to appear in Coi's upcoming music video, produced by Pharrell Williams, to see Doodles music division's launch.
Being marketed as a "pack ripping fan experience," the launch comes in the form of packs that you purchase and open, with digital wearables that can be used on your Doodle avatars in the Stoodio. For the lucky ones, the chance to redeem either a physical tracksuit or a pair of sneakers is also available in these packs. Both are super limited, just 200 of each, making them highly sought after as collectibles for years.
The adidas Superstar arrives in cloud white leather, contrasted by core black stripes on the sides and the back heel tabs. The Doodles logo is again surrounded by the character Deysi on the heels. A white leather tongue is adorned with the classic black and gold label, while the white laces are finished with custom dubraes. The tracksuit is classic adidas, plain black with Three Stripes branding down the arms and sides of the pants. With embroidered co-branding highlighting Doodles, a pattern highlighting Deysi, inspired by the daisy flower, is found throughout the entire ensemble.
The Coi Leray x Doodles x adidas Originals Collection is available now through August 16, 2024, through adidas via rippable packs. Each pack retails for $4.99 and sizing depends on availability.
