Coming off his 4th NBA Championship victory and first Finals MVP award, Steph Curry and his signature line with Under Armour are bringing us Kobe-vibes with updated tech in the Curry 4 FloTro. Introduced in a clean black and white makeup, this pair has glow-in-the-dark features titled “Light Show.”
Combining style elements from the fan-favourite Curry 4, the silhouette gets a tech upgrade courtesy of Under Armour’s UA Flow tech underfoot. Across the majority of the knit upper, a black suede overlay with perforations on the toebox and tonal stitching details throughout takes over, accenting the copper laces laid across the forefoot. A circular design is located on the collar area which has been redesigned to include Under Armour's IntelliKnit for an easy slip on-and-off, as well as the inclusion of two pull-tabs on the front and back. Underfoot, the UA Flow midsole is designed to mimic the geometry and visual of the original tooling on the Curry 4, also given a GITD treatment. Rounding everything out is the foam outsole with a responsive, grippy, and supportive traction pattern.
The Under Armour Curry 4 FloTro Light Show is slated to release on July 22nd, 2022 through Under Armour and select UA retailers online and in-store. Coming in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
