When it comes to collaborative efforts, UK-based retailer END Clothing often brings with it deep themes to its various work across the footwear industry and famously works with German sportswear giant adidas on a regular basis. Continuing the partnership between the two, END Clothing is taking over three adidas silhouettes, the Bermuda, Handball Spezial, and ZX 420, and covering them in Bauhaus-inspired colorways.
Taking the influential 20th-century art movement’s themes of bold typography, block colors, and architectural forms, the three Bauhaus-like colorways feature vibrant shades and contrasting hits throughout each of their designs. While the ZX 420 keeps things simple with a mainly white color scheme, the Handball Spezial and Bermuda take on various shades of blue and yellow respectively. Contrasting hits land on the Three Stripes logos along each sneakers midfoot while the branding atop the tongue features split logos of adidas and END Clothing, the latter of which takes on a Bauhaus-like design. Gold foil branding is present on the heel tab which once again features split branding between END Clothing and adidas. Rounding out the look are the midsole and outsole combos which contrast the uppers across all three silhouettes.
The END Clothing x adidas Originals Bauhaus Pack is set to release on February 23rd, 2023 through END Clothing online. Releasing in men’s sizing, the pairs will retail for $105 across all three styles.
