Reebok has consistently worked with unique partners to bring fresh, creative spins to its classic silhouettes. This summer, Reebok joins forces with nature-inspired design studio Friends With Animals for a collaborative take on the iconic Club C 85. Founded by Tavia Bonetti, Friends With Animals has grown into a brand that encapsulates her deep connection to nature, wildlife, and the raw beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Launched in 2019, the brand has explored various facets of the natural world, from color palettes to textures, making it a perfect fit for this Reebok collaboration.
This version of the Reebok Club C 85 draws directly from Bonetti’s upbringing in Vancouver and her adventures in the forest. The sneaker features a premium white leather upper complemented by soft suede overlays, balancing sophistication with a rugged outdoor spirit. Reflective accents, such as the subtle FWA frog graphic on both sides, add a touch of playfulness, while vintage tongue labels nod to the timeless appeal of the Club C silhouette. The custom sock liner and packaging—highlighted by nature-inspired imagery—round out the design, making the entire experience feel personal and imaginative.
“I wanted to transport people back in time and invite them into my childhood imagination of the forest,” said Tavia Bonetti, continuing, “Throughout the campaign, the shoe transforms into a variety of unexpected characters, personifying whatever its wearers envision. My goal was to create a sense of journey and, most importantly, to spark a childlike joy in anyone who encounters this campaign.”
The Friends With Animals x Reebok Club C 85 will release on August 30, 2024, exclusively through Friends With Animals’ online store, followed by a wider global release on September 4, 2024, via Reebok and select retailers.
