Hajime Sorayama Helps Puma Celebrate the Puma Clyde's 50th Birthday

Puma's iconic Clyde silhouette has been a staple in the sneaker world for five decades, and the German sportswear giant is celebrating the model’s 50th birthday with a bang. So far, the brand has teamed up with renowned designers and retailers including Rhuigi Villaseñor, END Clothing, and Extra Butter. Next up on the list to tackle the iconic Puma Clyde, Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama.
Drawing inspiration from the artist's signature robotic aesthetics, the Puma Clyde boasts an all-leather upper. The tongue and profile feature a metallic silver finish, while the toebox is adorned with a striking chrome finish. The laces are given a golden hue, matching the metallic gold found on the sockliner and the golden Puma text embossed into the tongue. A white rubber midsole and outsole complete the eye-catching design.
The Hajime Sorayama x Puma Clyde will release in the fall/winter season through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
