Hanon has consistently stayed ahead in the sneaker game with collaborations that execute thematic designs flawlessly. Building upon their previous successful creations, Hanon has teamed up with the iconic Pantofola d’Oro, a brand famed for its rooted association with Italian football. The two giants are set to drop a new silhouette dubbed the Venezia, drawing inspiration from the nostalgia of Italian soccer and Pantofola d’Oro's rich heritage.
Limited to 37 pairs, the Hanon x Pantofola d’Oro Venezia comes to life and is influenced by archival ’80s soccer boots. Paying homage to the historic city of Venice, its color palette reflects the mesmerizing hues of the city's iconic canals. A luxurious marine teal calfskin suede upper gets tastefully juxtaposed with aqua blue highlights and contrasting laces, invoking images of Venice's waterways. Moreover, the intricate detailing doesn't go unnoticed - a double-layered leather side-stripe, heel tab, perforated vamp, and laminated footbed elevate the shoe's aesthetic. Branding is immaculate, with “Venezia” embossed in gold foil on the side, while dual branding graces both heels and the tongue.
The Hanon x Pantofola d’Oro Venezia will release September 1, 2023, exclusively via a raffle hosted by Hanon. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at approximately $177.
