Fresh off their latest partnership, HUF and Nike go together like peas and carrots. In June, Nike released the HUF Pack, a three-shoe collection of Air Max 1s based on their original designs from the early 2000s. Nike cooked up a special Friends & Family edition of the AM 1 to commemorate the occasion.
The HUF x Nike Air Max 1 Friends & Family edition comes in a clean white, pear, sail, and medium grey colorway. Made of premium materials, this pair sports mesh underlays instead of leather on the released pairs. This pair is also split between white, sail, and grey instead of grey-based. A pear-colored Swoosh adorns the sides with the HUF skyline across the back heel tab. The skyline comes alive via 3M reflective detailing.
Dual branding in the form of HUF x Nike is seen via the tongue tag and on the toe of the mudguard. Speaking of the mudguard, it features the classic Hufquake design seen on the classic Hufquake Air Maxes. Visible Air cushioning in the midsole sits atop a tricolor solid rubber outsole, finishing off the design. Each pair is numbered out of 150 via a custom inside tongue tag, adding to this Air Max 1s exclusivity.
The HUF x Nike Air Max 1 SP White Pear F&F was made exclusively for Nike, HUF, and select friends and family of both brands. As a result, they will not be sold in stores or available to the public.
