Justin Saunders and the collective of designers at JJJJound have found massive success due to their collaborative footwear projects with brands like New Balance and Reebok. While the former of the two partners has been the more popular collaboration, JJJJound is continuing to bring its low-key and minimalistic aesthetic to the UK-founded label. Last working on the Reebok Newport Classic II, the JJJJound is back for a collaborative Reebok Club C.
Like many of JJJJound’s designs, the silhouette takes on a simple, high-quality build with its color palette remaining in the realm of neutrals. Throughout the upper, the Club C is dressed in tumbled leather with hits of nylon along the brandless tongue and canvas along the collar. Key details from the Club C remain, such as the perforated toebox and tonal stitching, while the lateral midfoot swaps out the normal Reebok text for “JJJJound” branding. Providing contrast to the neutral-shaded upper is the olive green sockliner while the design comes complete with a white rubber midsole paired with an olive rubber outsole.
The JJJJound x Reebok Club C Olive is set to release on April 6th, 2023, through JJJJound online. As of now, sizing and pricing information is TBA.
