Last month, we got our very first look at Russell Westbrook's newest signature shoe with Jordan Brand in the form of the "Bright Crimson." Building on his "Why Not" series, the fiery Iron Man-inspired colorway was not made for the faint of heart. With that said, it looks like the Los Angeles Lakers point guard has an even more understated pair in the works with the Jordan Why Not 0.6 "Phantom Orange Trance." Combining a clean palette with technical materials, we don't really know much about this model but it's already a winner in our eyes.
Crafted from a multi-material construction that's ready for anything, the upper is made from a technical ripstop fabric in phantom, while the sockliner, tongue, and heel opt for a buttery black suede. The collar is decorated with a unique orange trance zipper design that spells out "Why Not," and logos for Jumpman and Westbrook are finely stitched across the lateral sidewall. All of this sits on top of an aggressively-sculpted midsole underfoot which offers unparalleled comfort and response with every step.
Not much else is known about the Jordan Why Not 0.6 Phantom Orange Trance at this moment in time, but our sources tell us that these will release in Spring 2023 in men's sizes with a price tag of $140. In terms of where you'll be able to secure a pair, Nike, the SNKRS app, and select retailers worldwide will have these in-stock. More colorways are expected to be revealed very soon, so make sure you follow us on Twitter and download ourMobile App for all of the latest details!
