We’re fast approaching the beginning of the NBA season, which can only mean one thing, on-court looks at some of the top talent's newest signature footwear models. While we’re all still awaiting the release of the LeBron 20, Zion Williamson’s Jordan Zion 2 has already seen a few colorways hit shelves this summer. Alongside the vibrant “Hyper Crimson” colorway, the silhouette is getting dressed in a “Multi-Color” option ahead of the latest NBA season.
Built to withstand Zion Williamson’s explosive on-court play, the sneaker utilizes a mixture of mesh and leather to help aid anyone’s ball skills. From the mesh toebox up to the top of the “ZW” branded tongue sits the darker shades on the sneaker, though across the forefoot strap and eyestays a silly-string-like design in a variety of colors provides pop. Contrasting both of these hues is a white perforated leather that wraps from the midfoot back to the heel, leading to the black Jumpman branding. The sockliner and insole also partake in the black look although the “ZW” graphic gets a bright crimson makeover. Underfoot, the white midsole is supported by Air Strobel cushioning and gets paired with a black rubber outsole that's accented by a multi-color hit of Zion branding on the forefoot.
The Jordan Zion 2 Multi-Color is slated to release on September 7th, 2022 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in full-family sizing, men’s pairs will retail for $120, GS for $90, PS for $75, and TD for $55.
