The future certainly looks golden for Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham. After bursting onto the soccer scene as a 16-year-old at Birmingham City, he transferred to German giants Borussia Dortmund just a year later. Birmingham chose to retire the teenager's jersey number upon leaving. In Germany, he continued to perform at an elite level, and while still just 19 years old in 2023, this led to the Spanish superclub Real Madrid paying $110 million for his transfer. In his first season at the club, he was their top scorer, helped them win the La Liga league title, the UEFA Champions League, and was voted the La Liga player of the season, all while donning the legendary number 5 jersey previously worn by Zinedine Zidane.
This huge success leads to his upcoming special edition of the adidas Gazelle. Bellingham has been signed with The Brand With The Three Stripes since he was young and is the only sponsor he has a deal with. Together, they created a signature Jude Bellingham collection with a JB logo and the soccer star's input on the creative side. This is no surprise, as Bellingham has previously helped design custom cleats that adidas has made for him to wear during matches. The first collection launched in 2024 to high demand, and now the first sneaker with the personalized JB logo is arriving.
The Jude Bellingham x adidas Gazelle comes in core black and gold metallic. It sports an all-black design, with the upper coming in smooth suede. Gold Metallic accents the Three Stripes and Gazelle branding on the sides. A hit of black leather covers the back heel tab with a debossed Trefoil logo, also in gold. Classic foam tongues carry the signature JB motif. Custom graphics are seen on the insoles; underfoot, the aesthetic is completed with a black rubber sole.
The Jude Bellingham x adidas Gazelle is set to release on October 15, 2024, through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $120.
